As the founder and Managing Director of CJSeto Support Services, LLC, he oversees corporate strategy, business development, and technical quality assurance, with a proven track record in defense contracting, hazardous materials management, and supporting DARPA and U.S. Air Force initiatives.
A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a B.S. in Oceanography and retired Navy Reserve Captain, Chet piloted P-3 Orion aircraft during his 30-year military career before advancing into key public and private sector roles, including Electronics Engineer at the Defense Logistics Agency and hazardous materials director for Ventura County and over 65 Southern California agencies. Guided by Naval Academy values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment, he strengthens AMP Technologies’ mission in advanced motor technology and renewable energy through his leadership and community involvement with organizations like Snowball Express and the Naval Academy Alumni Association.
